License Agreement

1. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the video overlay ("Asset") for personal and commercial projects, including but not limited to:
- YouTube videos and social media content
- Streaming overlays (Twitch, etc.)
- Commercial video productions
- Advertising and marketing materials
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
- Claim ownership of the Asset
- Use the Asset in a trademark or logo
- Use for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes
3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Important Notice:
The video overlays available on this website were created using AI-powered video generation tools. While we have made every effort to ensure originality and have used licensed, paid accounts for generation, we cannot guarantee that all training data used by these AI models was properly licensed.
By purchasing and using these Assets, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The Assets were generated using AI technology (including but not limited to models trained on various datasets)
- The seller makes no warranty regarding the complete chain of intellectual property rights in the AI training data
- You assume responsibility for verifying the suitability of the Assets for your specific use case and jurisdiction
- In the unlikely event of a third-party IP claim, your sole remedy is a full refund of the purchase price
4. Free Daily Overlay
The daily free overlay is provided under the same license terms as purchased content. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE SELLER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ASSET.
